Our stainless steel drinking bottles are made of 90 percent 304 stainless steel. Small amounts of polypropylene, TPU and silicone are also used. We have provided an exact composition of the materials for you on the product page.

Yes, the 500 ml stainless steel drinking bottle fits in most backpack bottle holders.
However, if you have decided on the 750 ml or 1000 ml thermos bottle, then it is best to store it inside your backpack.

Yes, you can do that!
You can easily wash the bottle body and lid in the top rack. But make sure you remove the seal first.
However, we always recommend that you wash them by hand. Why? Because that way they stay beautiful for a longer time and are protected from wear and tear.
It is best if you wash the drinking bottle regularly by hand and wash it thoroughly in the dishwasher once a month
Unfortunately no, you cannot currently put the bottle in your bottle holder on your bike.
To transport it on your bike, you would need to pack it in your backpack.
However, we are currently working on our own water bottle holder that will be compatible with our insulated bottles. Stay tuned!
Unfortunately, our stainless steel water bottle currently does not fit into a Sodastream soda maker.
However, we are working on a version that also fits into the Sodastream, so you can sparkle your water even more easily, directly in the noma noma insulated bottle.

Shipping and delivery
We are currently sending your packages via standard delivery with DHL. However, we do not deliver to DHL packing stations.
We will send your delivery via DHL standard shipping. This means that your order will arrive within 3 to 4 working days.
If you order two or more insulated bottles, shipping and returns are free for you.
However, if you place an order with a lower purchase value, shipping costs of €3.99 each will apply.

If you would like to complain about your order, you have 14 days from the day the delivery arrived to complain to us by email. Write us a short email to support@nomanoma.de .

That's easy. We understand that transporting goods to Germany represents a significant environmental impact. In order to do justice to this aspect, we use part of our profits specifically for environmental protection measures in order to relieve not only the current but also future generations. By purchasing an insulated bottle, you are also doing your part for the environment.
Our efforts aim to offset our environmental footprint by investing in environmentally friendly projects. And even if you can support wonderful projects by offsetting CO₂ emissions, this is not a solution for eternity, but just another step towards a better future. The long-term goal in sustainable business must be not to offset emissions, but to reduce and ultimately avoid them.

We don't do things by halves with our bottles. Our design and manufacturing of our products aim to ensure a long lasting service life. We already use 85% recycled stainless steel and reduce the proportion of plastic components to a minimum. In addition, we use FSC-certified packaging materials and organic cotton for our cotton bags to further strengthen our sustainable efforts.
But even using better materials does not actually avoid CO₂ emissions, which is why we offset 100% of the emissions for our products with the support of our Climate Partner.
