Shipping & Delivery

Once we receive your order and you pay for it with the payment method you have chosen, your order will arrive within 3 to 4 working days (standard delivery). For orders of two or more insulated bottles, we offer free shipping. Otherwise, there is a charge of €4.99. During the ordering process, you will be individually informed whether shipping costs apply to your order or not.

If you add more than two thermos bottles to your shopping cart, shipping will be automatically deducted.

Returns

Are you dissatisfied with your order or have you simply changed your mind? No problem. From the day the delivery arrives, you have 14 days to send it back to us without giving any reason. Simply send us a short email to support@nomanoma.de with your order number and we will send you a return slip. We will usually get back to you within 24 hours.

The return shipping is free of charge for you.
