Once we receive your order, it will arrive within 1 to 3 business days (delivered via DHL). For orders of two or more insulated bottles, we offer free shipping. Otherwise, a charge of €3.90 will apply. During the ordering process, you will be notified whether shipping costs will apply to your individual order.

Are you dissatisfied with your order or have you simply changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it to us without giving any reason.
