Shipping & delivery:
Once we have received your order, it will arrive within 1 to 3 working days (delivery by DHL). If you order two or more vacuum flasks, we'll give you free shipping. Otherwise there is a charge of €3.90. During the ordering process, you will be shown individually for your order whether you will incur shipping costs.
Returns
Are you unhappy with your order or have simply changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back to us without giving a reason, simply send us a short email to support@nomanoma.com with your order number and we will send you a returns slip.
